On June 18，2006，Mr.Sun Qin, Chairman of China Atomic Energy Authority(CAEA) met with Mr.Bugat, Chairman of Commission of Atomic Energy(CEA), in CADRACHE, France. Both sides notified each other the situation of nuclear energy development and mutually exchanged opinions and views on the international nuclear issues commonly concerned. After the meeting, two chairmen jointly signed 9th Protocol on Nuclear Cooperation between China and France.
